Hej, we will rent out our 35m2 apartment in Täby from July 2022 for 1 year at least and possibly longer. The apartment is on the 4th floor and is fully equipped and furnished with a balcony. The building also offers a 400 m2 roof top with possibility of bbq, gardening and gym. A storage place for bikes is also included as well as possibility to rent one for free. The location is closed to public transports and can bring you to Stockholm center and other location in less than 20 min. The rental cost is 11 000 SEK / month and includes everything (Internet, Water , Electricity) . One month deposit is required. Feel free to contact us if any questions.
