Parking is 5 min from the apartment as well as various of restaurants as well as deli market around the corner and a 24hour market with self service nearby. The appliances are all from Electrolux. Internet is provided from us. The electricity is paid for by tenant. We are looking for tenants who can care for this apartment as much as we do.
