Renting out my studio apartment (1:a) during 3 weeks, see dates below. New built apartment with all the amenities that will make these weeks easy for you (washing machine, dishwasher, new kitchen etc), best part is the 16sqm outdoor patio where you can enjoy the afternoon sun (between 1pm 8pm). Stockholm C is just around the corner, 25min door-to door. This is a new built area in Sundbyberg with easy access to Stockholm C by either subway or train. - The apartment will be fully furnished during this period. - Keys will be given and returned in person - Deposit will be required - No smoking or animals - No parties - No more than 2 persons (this is not a big flat, bed is 120cm) - No extra beds - Full deposit will be returned once keys are handed over and the apartment has been checked. From: Friday 27th of July or by latest Sunday 29th of July Until: Sunday 19th of August Price: 6 000kr The renting time will NOT be extended.
