Hi. I live in a studio and now I am looking for a flatmate ( a student or a commuter) to move in with me for 6 months. (Possible to extend) The apartment is 60 sqm and its one big room that serves as bedroom and living room. THERE IS NO SEPARATE BEDROOM. It is shared area between housemates. The kitchen is separate from the living room. There is a twin bed and a sofa bed in the apartment. Its possible to buy a second-hand twin bed. The apartment is very cozy, and roomy, located on 4th floor. The neighborhood is very nice. Everything that one probably needs is in walking distance such as groceries, systembolaget, gym, vårdcentral, all sort of restaurant, café, pub, bar. There is also a beautiful walking/cycling path along the water. the apartment has very good access to all sort of public transportation. 5000kr per month, 2500kr deposit 6 months (possible to extend) Access from 25th August (till 25th February 2019) Fully furnished NO PET, NO SMOKE, NO KIDS is allowed in the apartment. ABOUT YOU: You should be tidy, organized, respectful, polite, and communicative. Its a merit if you have shared apartment before. Also a merit if you can provide a reference. YOU SHOULD HAVE INCOME. ABOUT ME: Very social, tidy, flexible, and tolerant person. I am very honest and straight forward in my communications and I appreciate same characteristics in others. I work in shifts, so my weekly schedule differs. But when I am home, I am usually busy with my remote job on my computer or I am out and socializing with friends. I enjoy hosting friends every now and then. Reading, movies, and me time are my kind of things. I can tell you more when we meet. Due to high load of emeails, I only respond to those shortlisted.
