Room with a sofa bed, a chair, two wardrobes, a bookshelf, a linen/display cabinets and a desk. You will have your own toilet but we share the bathroom. Share the rest of the apartement with me and six cats so nothing for allergic people. Wi-FI and electricity is included in the rent as well as cleaningmaterials and toiletpaper. Aprox 20 minutes with train to Stockhlm City. Busses to allmost all corners of the south part of Stockholm. This room is available fr.o.m. 2019-01-01 NO smoking inside not even if standing in the window, outside or on balcony it is ok. Long term contracts is preferred over short term... Picture available via mail if wanted. Wi-FI and electricity included in the rent. One months rent as deposition will be returned when moving out if everything if as was when moving in.
