A nicely furnished room in a four room, 100sqm apartment. The room is furnished with bed (mattress, mattress cover, pillows, quilt), desk, carpet, curtains, ceiling lamp, bedside lamp, desk lamp, armchair, bookcase and full body mirror as well as four large wardrobes from floor to ceiling. In the cost is also included the free use of internet, electricity and water. The apartment has large community areas, balcony, a bathroom/toilet and another toilet, a fireplace, a furnished kitchen etc. The apartment is located about 300 meters from Rågsveds nature reserve, where you can jog or walk. To Rågsved center, with a grocery store, subway, etc. it is also approx. 300 meters. If you are studying in Flemingsberg (Södertörn University College or KTH Flemingsberg), it will take you less than 20 minutes to get to the school by bus from Rågsveds center. There are free parking spaces in the area. No smoking in the home, no alcohol or drugs. I am looking for a mature, responsible exchange student, that I feel confident leaving the keys to. A person who is studying something demanding and appreciate the calm of the home. I dont wish to rent to couples, since the room doesnt really allow for more than one person. We who live in the apartment are 39 and 29 years old and we are cousins, we work quite different times so there are great opportunities to stay alone in the apartment for long periods of time. Sometimes my girlfriend and my bonus children will stay in the apartment with me, therefore, it is important that we feel safe with you as a room-mate. It is also nice if you like kids since my girlfriends kids are usually very interested in the person that rents the room. I want to have a clean and tidy home and I would appreciate if it stays that way. Example, we dont leave any unwashed dishes in the kitchen, we store toothbrushes etc. in the bathroom cabinets. We hope that you are from another place, outside of Sweden, so that we can share the benefits of getting to know each others culture. If I dont respond to your email, its either because Im currently in contact with another person or because you havent read the ad completely (perhaps you are not a student, perhaps you are a couple etc.) After the first initial contact through the message system here on the site, I will pass on my email, so that we coordinate a meeting in person or a skype conversation, where I show the place and we can get the feel for each other. At the moment there is a student renting the room, but it will become vacant in the end of January, therefore I would love to have arrangement made so that the transition to a new person becomes seamless.
