The house is placed in a quite and green area, the room has a view to park area and has no street in front. 5 minutes walk to the Tunnel bana ( Stockholm metro) which takes 25 minutes to the center of Stockholm (T- centralen). Conditions: No pets, smokings, parties No disturbing noises Sleepover for friends is not allowed only with exeptions upon consultation Sleepover for girl- or boyfriend is only allowed a couple of days quarterly This room would be especially suitable for an international student or someone staying for a short time, everything you need is provided just bring your luggage and your laptop. Good for people who like a quiet meditative environment. Vegeterian preferred.
