I am Sven a 43 old german in Stockholm employed person and would like to rent out a room as long as my wife is not living here in Sweden. The room is fully furnished, quiet and has a bright and nature scenery from the window. The house is close to metro-station (6min) and a small shopping center with 2 supermarkets (5min). A cheap german discounter Lidl is also close (10-15min). To downtown by metro 20 min. One bathroom, one extra toiletts and kittchen we share together. Rent is including electrical power, gas, water, heating and ca. 50 MB/s internet wireless. No extra cost. Sleepover (overnight guest) off friends and family member is not permitted.
