You are a calm, clean and respectful person. You are a non smoker and do not abuse drogs or alcohol. The rental contract gives (you) access to: Furnished room (you have your own bed sheets) - Bed - Table/chair - Lamp - Closet - Book shelves Kitchen/shared - Fully equipped Bathroom/shared - You have your own towels - Cleaning schedule Electricity Heating Laundry Insurance Price: - 4 000 kr/month Rental conditions - The room is for one person and visitors are allowed once a month during weekends. - One months rent deposit.
