Apartment details: Our apartment comes with the following: -Queen size bed (200cm x 160cm) with Tempur mattress -55 Smart TV, with Chrome cast TV stand -Sofa sofa table -Antique drawer -Kitchen table chairs -Small writing desk -Large storage chest -Drink cart Other smaller items such as cups, plates, pans, pots, ironing board, vacuum cleaner, plants, etc. are included - If you want. Kitchen has Miele appliances: fridge and freezer, microwave, induction stove and an oven. Most of the decorative items you see in the photos we will move away for your convenience. Wifi and electricity bills are included in the rent. We are flexible with the furniture and other items - If you prefer to rent fully furnished with everything included such as plates and cups, or if youd like to rent with semi-furnished setting instead only with larger furniture such as sofa and the bed. Other details: Fun fact: Our buildings architect was the same who designed Hotel Diplomats building on Strandvägen. The innegård/inner yard is one of Stockholms loveliest. Unfortunately we dont have a place for a washing machine but the building has both bookable and non-bookable washing machines in the buildings tvättstuga, with plenty of free time slots. Neighbours are friendly and quiet - ranging from older couples to couples in their 30s. Our goal is to find a lovely tenant for a longer term who will enjoy and take care of our place as much as we do. We are looking for at least 12 months contract.
