Looking for a flatmate to share a well funished 115m2 4th floor apartment in central Södermalm with me. Great location and sunny spot. (5 min walk to Medborgarplatsen or Stockholm Södra). Room is available for 11 months from September 1st (ideally 6 months min). Large bedroom approx. 20m2, with own sunny balcony, tv and bathroom (not directly connected to room). Room is really nicely furnished with a queen bed, desk and large wardrobe. Plenty of other hanging space in a large shared closet. Rent: 12500sek. (all included) Apartment is fully furnished with washer/dryer, plenty of storage space and a large kitchen and living room/communal areas.. Apartment also has a spare room for general storage/any short term guests. I am a 27 year old Australian chemical engineer, working fulltime, looking for someone (male or female) who is social, easy going, clean and keen to have a casual beer/wine every now and then. I enjoy exercise, sport, occasional guitar and travelling when I can. I am also learning Swedish in my spare time.
