Hi , We are 4 international people from 4 different countries, living at the very heart of Stockholm and we are looking for 2 more to join our team. We are 2 girls and 2 guys, we have 2 rooms waiting for new owners The apartment is located in Södermalm, 5-minute walk from Mariatorget, 1 minute away from Södra Station and a bus station right across the street. It is within a walking distance from T-Centralen (20-25 minutes). The neighborhood is lively, with a swimming pool nearby, parks, clubs, gyms, markets and restaurants all within walking distance, There is a cafe, Italian restaurant and a hair saloon located in the same building. We are looking for an international person, who is used to other cultures and living independently. The future flatmates must be tolerant, respectful and clean. The rooms has an area of 15sq/m and 10sq/m and the monthly rent is SEK 5500 plus SEK 5300.Deposit (1 months rent) to be paid upon moving in. The rooms are available from 1st December 2019.
