Lots of cafes, bars, a park and a library in the same block. The flat is bright and airy (102 sqm) and contains of four rooms, a bathroom and a large kitchen. The apartment is newly renovated with a modern kitchen with all needed equipment, like micro, dishwasher, and a coffee machine. You are welcome to use all facilities. The flat overlooks an inner yard and no noise from the street reaches it. The spacious room has except the bed, a writing desk, an armchair and three wardrobes. You will have the best sleep in the brand new bed with luxury mattress of memory foam. Wifi is included in the rent. There is also a laundry room in the basement. The room is only intended for one person, and the rent period is preferably 3 to 4 months. Available from August or September, depending on your preferences. The deposit is 9000 SEK.
