I wish to rent out one (1) room in a 3-room apartment (85 kvm) in a bright and well-planned 3-rooms apartment in Bromsten Plan, for rent to a person with a decent economy, for a longer period (one year). The apartment has two newly renovated toilets and it takes approximately 18 minutes from apartment to Stockholm Central. The room is meant only for one person, try to understand before sending inbox. The monthly rent is 5499 kr /room (for electricity, heating water, broadband, house insurance, furniture all included) and are payable monthly in advance. Before occupancy, a security deposit corresponding to a monthly rent is to be paid.
