Cosy double-story house close to Stockholm and Långsjö Lake with two cats for rent over Christmas / New year. The house is located in the quiet suburb of Långsjö, Älvsjö, which is about 20 minutes drive by car or public transport to Stockholm City. It is a very nice area with great neighbours, nature, access to public transport and a lake. It is also only 10 minutes away by public transport from Stockholm Exhibition center. Beautiful Långsjö lake is a brief 4 minute walk away. A substantial and well equiped local supermarket is only 5 minutes walk away. Bus stops to Älvsjö, Telefon Plan and Fruängen are located about 50 meters away. IMPORTANT: The house will come with two cats that need to be fed once per day. If this is not acceptable to you, then please do not read on. The cats will stay in the garage and have access via an automated cat flap. It may be possible to arrange help on certain days, if required. Whats included in the rent: Bedroom 1: Located downstairs is 10 m2. A new 160 cm double bed will be provided. Not shown in photo. Bedroom 2: Located downstairs is 7.5 m2. A 140 cm small double bed will be provided. Bed shown in Bedroom 1 will be provided. Bathroom 1: Upstairs and recently renovated. Has floor heating, shower with massage jets and toilet located within the bathroom. Bathroom 2 / Laundry: Downstairs with floor heating, shower and washing facitilites (Washing machiner, drier and sink). A separate toilet is located outside. Kitchen: Large kitchen with table seating up to 6. Kitchen is equiped with all the usual appliciances and equipment including dishwasher, microwave etc. Living room: A large living room with a 50 tv, large sofa and a fireplace. Whats NOT included: Generally, all areas are accessible except the following: My childrens bedrooms upstairs, the garage and the downstairs wardrobe. Rental Period: The 13th of December to and Including the 13th of January. Cost: 20000 kr 5000kr as a deposit. To be paid in advance. How to apply: Please describe whom you are. I will give preference to responsible families applying and I will be in contact with you if I feel that you are suitable.
