One furnished room (13 square meters) in a 2-room apartment (62 square meters in total) is available from August 1, 2017. The rent is 4000 SEK/month. The first contract time is three months, and if everything goes well, the contract will be extended to long term. The location is in Kista, Stockholm, 5-6 minutes walking distance to the Kista subway station, and the bus station, where you can easily go to T-Central, IKEA etc. 10-15 minutes to shopping malls, gym etc by walk. The kitchen and bathroom are shared. Broadband is provided. I speak English, Chinese and Swedish. I describe myself as a straight-forward and easy going engineer guy. The only issue with this apartment is that the soundproof between two rooms are not so good that we have to synchronize the schedule a little bit to have good rest. I generally sleep at 22:00 pm, and get up at 6:00 oclock.
