Room for student who can help with homework

Hello, We would like to rent out our guest room to a serious university student (for example KTH, Musikhögskolan, Stockholm university) who can help our eleven year-old with homework etc. We are looking for an international student, who has English as first language. The rent is negotiable. The room is located in a large, renovated apartment, centrally located very close to Östermalmstorg. It is 12 square meters and has its own balcony facing the courtyard to the south. We have an extra bathroom which we only use occasionally, so it will be largely your own to use. There is a laundry room in the building. Electricity, heating, wifi, is included. Available immediately.
