Room available in a cozy villa from july

One of our housemate is going on new adventures, so we need someone to replace him We are living in a 160m villa with a large kitchen, a cozy living room and beautiful garden. The villa is really close to the Nacka reserve (perfect for nature lovers), and also at 10min to Kärrtorp station. The rent is 7800kr per month starting on the first of July. It may decrease after this summer as we plan to rent the guest room. We are living in harmony, respecting private time and space for everyone. We are always happy to share something together, talk about our day, having a beer in the living room, doing activities together...
