We have 2 private rooms for rent in a house. The rooms are 12m2 and 16m2, may be furnished or unfurnished (both rooms have a wardrobes that stay anyway). Rooms are situated on the 1st floor of a house. Private bathroom available for the rooms, a shared kitchen and shared dining/living room with chimney available as well. The rooms may be rented separetly of together for shorter or longer period of time. We are interested in students/working individuals or a couple, if you want to rent both rooms. You should be not smoking and have no pets. You should also be clean and respective. The rent is: 5500 SEK for 12m2 room and 6000 SEK for 16m2 room. The deposit is one rent (5500 and 6000 SEK respectively). Electricty, garbage, water, internet and other bills are included in the price. Rooms are available from February 1st. It is quite close to Högdalen (about 15min walk to T-Bana) and Älvsjö Station (also about 15min to Pendeltåg). The closest bus stop is about 200m from the house. Trip do central Stockholm takes about 30min using public transportation (from door to T-Centralen) and about 15min by car. There is a lot of free parking spaces along the street. About us: We are a married couple - my name is Alex, I am 31, having my own renovation company, my wife Ewelina is 28, working and studying. We also have a cat, who is 8 now. We are occupying the rest of the house. We are quiet and clean people. No parties at the house, so if you are looking for a quiet place, it is a good choice for you.
