Parking: The apartment comes with a parking space 5 minutes walk from the apartment. Location: As central as it gets in Kista, 5 min walk to the subway station and the busses, 10 min walk to Sony Ericsson and all the other IT companies in Kista, 5 minutes walk to Kista gallerian, a huge mall full of all sorts of shops, restaurants, fitness centers and boutiques. Kista is 15 minutes away from Stockholm city centre by car or by metro. Kista is called Silicon Valley of Scandinavia due to the fact that a huge number of IT companies have their headquarters there. It is one of the most vibrant, quickest expanding parts of Stockholm. Next door you also have the Järvafältet, one of Stockholms biggest and most beautiful nature reserves, which is perfect for long walks and bike rides. Other info: I am renting the apartment strictly to singles or couples, NOT to families. The deposit is one months rent and the notice period is two full months.
