Shared spacious apartment with fantastic views, Södermalm Are you looking for a room in a beautiful and safe location Are you two friends who wants to live together Or a friendly and yet independent woman who dont mind sharing flat with 2 others I live in beautiful Reimersholme, and now rent out 2 bedrooms. (I have 2 ads here on Blocket, one for each room). In total we will be three people in this flat. None of our bedrooms is next to each other which gives more privacy this way. The surroundings are great with nature and paths along the water, swimming area are just minutes from the house. Perfect for you who love the nature, but want to live in the middle of town. Safe and good area. Bus to Hornstull takes 6 min, walk 12 min. From 1 may (possible from april) you can rent - Bedroom, 15 m2 (120 cm bed, bed tables, big desk, chair, wardrobes) Common areas all 3 of us will share - the kitchen, dishwasher and 2 refrigerators - 2 toilets, one with shower - Living room - Balcony Access to other areas in the house - 2 very good laundry room - SAUNA - bicycle room Before you move in, we sign a contract and you pay SEK 3,500 in deposit/person. I am looking for persons who are relaxed and yet responsible, clean and tidy. Maybe you also have an interest in health, natural healings and live an active lifestyle Not much for alcohol or smoking Nice if you have (good) experience of living together with others International people are very welcome :) You need to be fluent in English or Swedish so that we can fully understand each other Even though I am a quite social person, I usually prefer having it calm and quiet at home, as I am often busy studying/reading. In this house, there are rarely any parties and it is mostly elderly people and families who live here. I have shared home with others for many years and it usually works very smoothly. The key is good communication and mutual respect. Also, since I am clean and tidy, I appreciate that my tenants are like me in this matter. In the case that you are friends or a couple who rent both bedrooms, it may be possible to bring your cat/dog here, if it is clean and not too noisy (no kittens/puppies please). I am flexible and open to different types of solutions. Most important is that it feels good, simple and effortless to live together.
