Part of a house in älvsjö for rent

We have a part of the house to rent from 1st of February 2018 for longer period of time. The part of the house to rent consists of 2 big rooms, a shared dining room that will be for mostly for the new tenants disposal and private bathroom. There is a direct access to the garden from one of the rooms. The kitchen, entrance and the hallway is shared. The rooms may be empty or partly furnished. The house is situated in Älvsjö, to be more precise in Örby. Its a very nice and quiet neighbourhood, just the houses everytwhere around. Quite close to Älvsjo Station and Högdalen Centrum. The closets bus stop is about 250m from the house. There is a lot of free parking space on the street. You can get to T-centralen in 30min using public transportation or 15 min by car. We are looking for a working couple (preferebly) with stable financial situaltion. No smoking and no dogs. We are very clean people and we expect the same from the tenants. We like quiet atmosphere at the house so no parties or loud music. There are 2 persons living in the house right now - my Wife and Me. We have a cat so if you are allergic to cats fur this is propably not for you. The rent is 9000 SEK bills (around 1500 SEK in the winter). The deposit is 9000 SEK.
