I am renting out two huge rooms centrally in Stockholm, at Mosebacke. This is a beautiful area 30 meters away from shops at Götgatan and about a 5 minute walk to Gamla Stan. The apartment was built in the 19th century and the rooms are both about 40 kvm big with a high ceiling and their own tile stove. Each room will be partially furnished with a bed and drawers. There is a 40 kvm big livingroom where you may hang out at any time. I am looking for a responsible, not too loud, guy or girl preferably in his late twenties that need somewhere centrally to stay. International students are very welcome. Please be aware though that I will ask for a deposit of 1.5 months rent as insurance. Youll get it all back when you leave or if you want it as last months rent thats fine too. I am myself a part time student in my late twenties, pretty relaxed but do like a clean living space so youll need to clean up after yourself, at least in common areas. We may be able to hire a cleaner twice monthly for common areas but we can decided that once you move in. Please give me a call for more information. I can show you the room Mondays at 11 am in August. The rooms will be available the first of September.
