Hey all ) We have recently founded a new co-living space because we want to share a friendly collective for both singles and couples. We found a dream place and we have decided to make this project come true The new place is both close to nature (plus sandy beach) and city, located by a short walk to the metro in Farsta (ca. 5 mins) and Farsta Centrum (ca. 4 mins). You can easily get to T-central by metro in 21 minutes or 12 minutes by driving. Farsta Centrum provides everything one needs: Shopping mall (150 retailers & restaurant), grocery stores (ICA Kvantum, Hemköp, Lidl), gyms, pharmacy, ... The apartment, immense 100m2, is newly renovated with top appliances, 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms (incl. washing machine/tumble dryer), 1 living room, and a well-equipped modern kitchen. It is close to a beautiful lake with a lot of trails to explore in the forest. We have common amenities in the kitchen and living room and have weekly cleaning service for the common spaces. The rent is 6550kr inclusive heating, internet, kabel-tv, and water. Additional costs (electricity, home insurance and cleaning) will be split amongst all (monthly expected amount (approx.): 500kr/person). The deposit is 1-month rent. We, Tomé (28, thinks he knows how to cook works as a product manager in the tech world), Lena (27, likes to dance and bake, and sometimes thinks that shes spiderman and goes bouldering works as IT consultant in med tech) and Marco (29, you will probably see him dancing jazz, contemporary and Afro beat around the house works in the restaurant world), have all been living in shared apartments for many years. We are finishing up recruitment in the first half of March and there is 1 furnished room left for either singles or couples (you can bring your own furniture if you prefer). The move-in date is the 1st of April. You will have a first-hand contract for initially 6 month with the possibility to renew it.
