Some information about how we work and what we charge for: We handle the contact with property owners, taking in requests from our customers, provide advice, arrange viewing, managing the contract signing, key handovers as well as follow-up. It is entirely possible (and legal) for individuals living in these apartments but there needs to be a corporation that stands on the contract when this is all about switching to traders. The contract will be between your limited company and the property owner. We only work with the agency. This takes us one-time cost of 32 000,00 SEK ex moms and we bill this when the contract signed between the parties. A business can go very quickly, in just a few days and this is our signature, to provide fast and secure customer needs. The contracts are tailored to suit your needs, so it is important to know as much information as possible about your wishes.
