Hi all. I am looking for ideal flatmates for my apartment. I just got a rental 3 room (2 bedroom) apartment in a nice area near Brommaplan (Kvarnbacksvägen 84). From this location public transport will take you to KTH in 35 min, Universistetet 40min, Karolinska 35 min. Biking to Karolinska would take 20-25min. My name is Mike, I am a PhD in Chemistry from Lund, now living in Stockholm and working in Karolinska. I want to find people with whom I will be comfortable at home and who would be comfortable at home with me. I need social, friendly people, who are happy to see people coming to our place visiting however, no crazy parties every day, since I am working. My target group is a couple of PhD/Master students from Europe. However, I am ready to consider any person/people. So, I have a free furnished bedroom and I want to rent it for a couple for 8500SEK (everything included) for it. I understand that this is a lot of money for a room, but I really want you to feel at home and be able to use the whole apartment, invite friends over, etc. If you think of it as of renting an apartment it is in fact quite cheap. I will also consider renting it to one person for 7000. For starters we can agree on 3-months contract and, if it works, extend it further. I will probably stay in this apartment until June 2019.
