I go directly to my room which is on the left side of the apartment. I would like to rent the right side of the apartment which includes: 1 bedroom living room balcony open kitchen they are around 50 square meter Sharing area will only be: Bathroom / toilet and the kitchen You can move in from 1th November: Rent: 11.000 SEK per month Deposit: 20.000 SEK (signing a contract and will be paid back to you when you move out) I would like to rent this apartment to: a couple 2 student (girls) single man or single woman NO CHILDREN You can come for a visit during weekend or after 18:00
