I have a room to rent in sätra

I have a room to rent in sätra. 2 minutes from the train station. Room is in 3 rooms apartment. The room will have a big bed , side table and wardrobe. Available from 1st of August. I dont have pictures yet because the apartment is still empty and i have to move furnitures there before this month end but you can come and see the room and location. Note : This will be a family home with 2 young kids every other week, so i need someone who is calm, responsible, clean and with stable income. Non-smoker, no pets and the room is only for one person. I need one month rent and one month deposit. Deposit you will get back whenever you decide to move.
