I wish to rent out one (1) room in a 3-room apartment (80kvm) in a bright and well-planned 3-rooms apartment in Hornsgatan, for rent to a person (female preferably) with a decent economy, for a longer period (one year) and renewable. The monthly rent is 6000 kr /room (for electricity, heating water, broadband, house insurance, carpet, bed, matrass and TV) and one month caution payable in advance. Before occupancy, a security deposit corresponding to a monthly rent is to be paid.
