The apartment is very bright and sunny. It is on the third floor on the top of the building, and has a nice balcony with sun pretty much the whole day, facing the green garden in front of the building. The move in date must be the first of December and the apartment is rented out until further notice (you can stay as long as you want). The apartment is in one of the greenest parts of Stockholm, so you will feel like you are in the middle of nature while being very close to down town Stockholm. The two room apartment is rented professionally styled and fully furnished with double 180 cm comfortable bed, comfortable sofa, sofa table, resting chair, kitchen table and chairs, TV, etc. Location: Traneberg, the area where the apartment is located, is one of the most beautiful and green areas in Stockholm. Its surrounded by water of the Ulvsunda lake, and there are many cliffs and beaches very popular among Stockholmers especially in the summer time. The closest subway station is Alvik and is about 8-10 minutes walk from the apartment. Alvik station is just 10 minutes away from the central station. Internet, gas and electricity are not included in the rent. The apartment is rented out long term strictly to professionals preferably in IT industry or doing PHD research.
