The apartment is rented professionally styled and fully furnished with single 105 cm comfortable bed, comfortable sofa, sofa table, resting chair, kitchen table and chairs, TV, etc. The apartment is on the second floor of the building and has a nice balcony facing the green garden in front of the building. It has a functioning fireplace which you can light up for cozy evenings in the winter time. The apartment is in one of the greenest parts of Stockholm, so you will feel like you are in the middle of nature while being very close to down town Stockholm. Location: Traneberg, the area where the apartment is located, is one of the most beautiful and green areas in Stockholm. Its surrounded by water of the Ulvsunda lake, and there are many cliffs and beaches very popular among Stockholmers especially in the summer time. The closest subway station is Alvik and is about 8-10 minutes walk from the apartment. Alvik station is just 10 minutes away from the central station. Internet, gas and electricity are not included in the rent and will cost you additionally between 800-1500 SEK/month depending on the speed of the internet and the usage. The apartment is rented out long term strictly to professionals preferably in IT industry or doing PHD research.
