Hi, we are renting out a huge room in central of Stockholm at Götgatan. This is only a room in a flat and not its own apartment. You will be living with 3 other people. I am looking for a responsible person that needs a place for a few months. Preferably, you are 29 years old but younger than 37 who has a full time job. You are responsible & clean. Youve lived with others before & you are considerate of others. You should be able to rent the room for at least a few months, with possible extension if everything works out. Rent includes bills. There is an add on of 700 kr for cleaning as we are thinking of getting help every week with cleaning of common areas. There is a deposit plus first and last months rent upon move in.
