We are renting out our newly renovated apartment from 29th of july - 24th of september. We only rent to guest that are interested in the whole period. If requested we can rent out from the 1th of july. 1 month deposit has to be paid before the renting period starts, final deposit is payed 20th of august. Subletting contract/Uthyrningskontrakt will be sent and signed by both parts. Preferable rented out to 2-3 persons, non smoking, no pets and good references. No loud music our parties. APARTMENT: - balcony towards courtyard - wifi, TV, multi-room WiFi speakers - two bedrooms towards calm and quiet courtyard - 1 bedroom with queen size bed - 1 bedroom with sofabed and one extra madrass if needed. - fully equipped kitchen - bathroom with bathtub, washing machine and dryer - One set of linens and a towel for each guest is available. - if needed, we have lots of baby essentials like baby cot/bath/chair/toys and so on suitable for 3-10 month old baby. The apt. is not baby proofed with safety gates and outlet covers. LOCATION: - door to door with Skanstull subway station. - 100 m to shoppingmall with stores and big supermarket. - 500 meter to Eriksdals outdoor swimming- and pool area perfect for kids on sunny days - 500 meter to beautiful walkway by the water. We recommend to take a walk by the water around Södermalm to Hornstull where you find a small sand beach and lots of docks a long the way, around Reimersholme, and to Långholmen where you can rent kayak and SUP to experience Stockholm from the water. - walking distance to Stockholm most important cultural attractions. Parks, grocery stores, pharmacies, cafeterias, restaurants, day cares, schools and public transportation.
