Room for rent by week or monthly during summer The room is furnished whit dubble-bed, desk, shelfs and chairs and have a big window. I consider myself lucky that I have found such a lovely apartment. I have bath whit bathtub sunny balcony, dish-washer, micro-oven, soda-machine. I also have a small studio, since I work part-time from home. I have good nabours, washing-room, free-shop and a chaired yard full of flowers, were u can hang out, have BBQ or just relax. I live only two minutes from the metro and buses in Fruängen. In Fruängen you can find, plenty of resturants and bars, a Systembolaget, pharmacy, cafe, you can buy fruit and veggies in the square, and supermarket open to 22.00. And in the other direction there is a small but pretty park where you can talk a litle walk or feed the ducks in the pound. Im rather strikt when it comes to cleaning and respekting my nabours . So please dont waste mine nor your time aplaying for the room if you are not prepered to wacum-clean once a week, and do dishes and ceep tidy on a daily basis. A litle about myself, what I do and how I am as a landlord/flatmate -Im an artist and aktivist who currently works in a public garden. I also love to play theatre, wach sience-fiction, I love food, dancing and singing silly to the radio, I like humor and to learn new things so I goes to a lot of lectures. Love to learn and talk about art and arkitekture and sience. And I love nature. I like to live whit other people and have lived in a couple of diferent collektives in difernt countrys, chared student-rooms, I have lived whit a partner and had several persons renting rooms from me. I often invite my flat-mates to chear a meal or a drink whit me. I make hearb thé and look after my sick flat-mates. If you are new in town I can share some does and donts. And if you are new in Sweden I can help you practise your Swedish or english. I belive it to be more convienent to share some of the basic stuff than having two packeges of milk, cleaning material, toiletpaiper etc. I speak Swedish, Enlish, Danish and a little bit of Spanish. I Would like to hear a little more about yourself and your passions in life, life-style and how you are as a flat-mate I also want a reference from a former landlord in Sweden.
