Hi My name is Sofie and Im Swedish . I rent out my apartment from May to until further My apartment is placed in Stockholm city, the area called Vasastan. It takes 12 min to walk to Stockholm city , Stureplan and Hötorget. 20 min walk to the Central station . I bike cycling everywhere, that is something I recommend. Its super easy and its fast. Its very silent here. I have my widows to the garden so its super silent and thats is something I value very much. You have free internet in my apartment. I have 12 channels. I got microwave, coffe machine etc etc. And of course is Gas, heat, water and everything included in the rent. If you need to go with the bus or train you have this big streets next to me - Sveavägen , Odengatan , Birgerjalsgatan. And the train stations close to me is Odenplan, Rådmansgatan, tekniska , red and green line. From Odenplan you can go any where, its a big station and it takes 5min to walk there. I live in Stockholms most exclusive area so of course there is lots of good restaurants and stores in every corner. And three (3) seven elevens at Odengatan and one of them are opened 24/7 If you studding at Tekniska högskolan its only 6 min walk. Its one kitchen and one living room, 41kvm. I have a bed loft and a big bed couch , so you can choose where you want to sleep and there is enough space if you have someone sleeping over or visiting you. The bed loft is 160 cm bed. And the couch same size. Also have a big walk in closet I have a lovely park and a outdoor swimming pool only 1 min walk from my apartment, you can google Vanadisbadet and Vanadisparken. Its lovely during to spring and summer. In the summer you can also walk to the beach its just 15 min walk to Hagaparken and Brunnsviken, google brunnsvikens badplats. You can jump from the cliffs etc. The washroom is next to my door, that is something I appreciate very very much. Easy to wash your clothes any time. Im looking for someone very serious person, its definitely not ok to smoke or have big partys here, because I respect my neighbours and Im allergicm of smoke.
