ROOM TO LET WE I, Annika have a son who is seven years old who lives with me most of the times, but with his father every second weekend. I am a teacher at Upper Secondary Schools level. I teach Ethics, Nursing and Caring, Social Anthropology, History and Religious Studies. THE APARTMENT The apartment is in Farsta Centrum. Here you will find shopping malls and grocery stores and more. We live five minutes walk from the subway, busses and just two minutes ride away from commuter trains in Farsta Strand. YOUR ROOM Your room is situated close to the main door. That means that you dont have to pass any other rooms to get to your room. Your room is furnished with a sofa bed, a bookshelf, a desk, your own TV and fridge and freezer. You will have access to wireless Internet 24 7. We share bathroom, kitchen and I have my own laundry machine in the apartment. The rent (including heat, water, electricity, wireless internet, TV, toilet-paper, washing up liquid etc.) is 4000 SEK per month and will be paid in advance by the last of the month. I need a deposit for 2000 SEK if you might break anything. This deposit will be paid back to you if the room is left in the same shape as you found it. The room is available for rent from today. I am very flexible when it comes to dates to move in and move out YOU I and my son will welcome any tenant, but since we are a family of Swedish and Swedish/West African descent, we would love to rent the room to an exchange student. You must be female. If you do smoke we have a balcony that you might use. You can not smoke indoors. You can not bring any pets. Since we are a family with children we also expect you to be moderate when it comes to going out to pubs and clubs and of course also moderate when it comes to alcohol.
