Renting out my fully furnished apartment when moving abroad for exchange studies for one semester, from September to March preferably but Im flexible. Four minutes walking to the bus and the subway stop Medborgarplatsen. Theres a fully equipped kitchen in the apartment, and a laundry room in the basement of the building with 2 machines, one tumbler and a drying cabinet. No add-ons to the price of 10.000 SEK/month. Gas, water, electricity, tv and internet are all included. I require the rent for the first month in advance after we sign lease, and one months rent in deposition.
