I am renting out my one-bedroom apartment (24 sqm) with a newly renovated kitchen located in Hornstull, Södermalm. The apartment will be furnished and equipped for basic needs. The high pitch ceiling gives good storage capacity and the built in closet in the hallway gives space for your clothing and other belongings. The bed solution gives more space for living quality and the dining table can be extended to host 6-8 guests. ADDITIONS - The apartment comes with a big storage in the attic that you will have full disposal of. - You can apply for a parking permit. The permit allows you to park for a longer time and to a smaller fee outside of the apartment. - There is a shared balcony on every level in the house. - A shared garden are is included where one can barbecue. NEIGHBORHOOD - 5 min walk to subway station Hornstull and several busstops including a bus to Arlanda Airport. - 5 min walk to the water. - 8 min walk to beautiful island of Långholmen where you will find a small sand beach. - Close to several grocery stores, pharmacies, cafeterias, restaurants and a Sunday market. CONDITIONS - 1 month deposit. - Subletting contract/Uthyrningskontrakt will be signed by both parts. - Rent periods will be for 1 year at a time (The tenant owners association must accept the lease every year). - 13,000 kr/month (water, broadband and electricity included in the rent). - No Animals. - Smoking in the apartment is prohibited.
