It has 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and is 135 square meters. It also has an upstairs lounge for sitting. We also have a sauna. Just outside our house we have a playground where you can play football, use swings or play in the sand box. We have two terraces, one in the front and one in the back. Sun all day and evening. The house was built 2010 and is fully equipped. We have a 55 TV and Wi-Fi. We have lots of toys and 3 bikes that you can use. The house is located just outside a natural preserve while only 20 minutes to very beautiful Stockholm City. In the natural preserve there are lots of trails where you can run, walk, go bicycling, pick blueberries and mushrooms. The house is located in a very calm neighbourhood with lots of kids and friendly neighbors. 3 kilometers away we have a golf course. Just 4 kilometers away we have a little lake called Getaren with a beach. There is also small Inn where you can buy coffee and food. Its perfect for all kind of outdoor activities and we spend lots of time here, swimming, playing and running. Our beautiful capital Stockholm is just 20 minutes away and its easy to go by bus and train if you dont want to drive. In Stockholm you have everything you can expect from a big city, fine dining, culture, the Royal Castle, the Old Town, plenty of museums and more. You can also take boats to Stockholms Archipelago.
