1 bedroom furnished flat with balcony for rent short term. This cozy flat is on lovely Lilla Essingen, available as of immediately until mid July. Wifi and bills included. There will be basic furnishing and kitchenware if you wish, this is flexible. The flat has a washing machine and lots of storage. It fits 1-2 people comfortably, however note that the bed provided is 120 cm wide. Lilla Essingen is a quiet, residential, beautiful area surrounded by water. The no 1 bus stop is 2 minutes walk away, and takes you to Fridhemsplan tube station in 5-7 minutes. There are a few local restaurants and bars on the island, several bathing spots, and a small supermarket. You can walk to Fridhemsplan /Västermalmsgallerian in 15-20 minutes, and central Stockholm in about 50 min. I am looking for a reliable, quiet tenant with a stable income (employer reference will be needed). Deposit 6000 SEK. No pets or children or parties. The house is an older building which means we all make an effort to keep noise down between 10pm-7am, all days of the week.
