Please send messages before calling Thank you for respecting that My husband and me are renting 1 room in our 74 square meter big apartment on the third floor. At the moment we dont know for how long but at least a few months up to half a year or maybe 1 year. We have a great view and a balcony. We would share living room, kitchen and bathroom but we have our own bedrooms in different ends of the apartment. Around the corner youll find a nature reserve (nacka naturreservat) with forest and lakes. Its a 10 min walk to the metro station and from there around 18 min to the city center. In Bagarmossens center youll find 2 supermarkets, a cafe, a library, some hair saloons, a pharmacy, an arabic food store, a nice restaurant and some fast food places. Its not big but nice Im from Sweden and my husband is from Colombia. Im 41 years old and my husband is 47 but we have friends from the range of 19-60 years and we are a youthful couple. It would be great for him if you are Swedish so that he can practice his Swedish language but most important we would like to share apartment with someone likeminded thats comfortable with sharing and have both social skills but also is respectful about our need of private space. Some days we love to share some food, laughs or chats in the kitchen and other days we just want to be alone in our room. We will share cleaning between the 3 of us and look for a women.
