Hi I am offering a nice bright cozy apartment with balcony for rent in a quiet area in Gärdet, close to Tessinparken. The apartment lies on the 2nd floor (lift available), heading south. Well connected to the city, 3 minutes walk to the subway station (red line) and 1 minute to the bus station. The apartment is fully furnished incl. bed (1,40x2,00), sofa, shelf, kitchen furniture, TV etc. Washing machines and dryers are available in common area. Small storage room in the apartment and a big one in the attic. Roof terrace with great view over the city is available in common area (reservations possible). Basic terms: The rent (13,000 SEK) covers all running costs except electricity. Rental period: until further notice (minimum 12 months long-term stay preferred) Deposit: 1 months rent (13,000 SEK) The apartment is available from November 1, 2018.
