Hi, The apartment is located in the best neighborhood of the city, with Nytorget and Vitabergksparken around the corner (good communications, great restaurants, trendy shops, cozy cafes and green spaces). The room is on a 5th floor, has a double bed and huge built-in closet. The apartment is totally renovated and you will be sharing the kitchen and WC with me. Im 32, easy going gay Spanish that works in the media industry (sports, travels, food, music & movies are my top hobbies). One month rent deposit, one months notice from both sides. We will make a contract initially for 6 months but if we are both comfortable it will be prolonged indefinitely. Im looking for a nice, none smoking flatmate with similar age and interests.
