Hi Welcome to this functional, cosy apartment with great communication. Only 2 min walk to the metro station in Blackeberg, and 25 min to T-centralen with train. The apartment is in decent condition, it has great view all over Stockholm. There is one small kitchen, a small WC with a bathtub, and ofcourse a livingroom, separated and making space for a bedroom. It comes partly furnished, with some basic furnitures. I am looking for a trustworthy person, or couple with a stable income. Even though I love children and animals, I prefer none of them. Tenant should also be non smoker The apartment will be vacant from the first of July. Id like to se tenants who are looking to stay LONG-TERM, but short term tenants are also welcome.
