I am considering to rent a room in my apartment to a calm person. The apartment is close to a bus stop and 10 minutes away from märsta shoping center. The room is furneshed and the rent is 3800kr/month. One month rent as deposit is required at the beginning.You will have access to the kitchen to cook, the bathroom and the laundry.
