Room in a big apartment for rent in Sävedalen, Partille, Gothenburg. I am a retired man who live in a two floor apartment in south of Sävedalen (Ljungkullen). I am renting two bedrooms on the first floor (12 kvm), they are furnished with a bed (120x200cm), a desk and a closet. Across the room is a common bathroom. There is access to a wash machine and a drying cabinet in the apartment. I live in a quiet neighborhood close to nature, and twelve minutes with bus to Gothenburg city and Allum. It is a five minute walk to the nearest square where you can find a supermarket, a pizza place and other necessities. We have a little dog living in the apartment. We would prefer that you who sign for this room are a student and can show proof of this. The rent is at 4500kr/month where electricity, water, heat and internet is included.
