4 beautiful rooms in a villa for rent

(Only 1 person per room) Hi All We have 4 nice rooms that will be available for rent from september onwards. The rooms are in a Vila in Kåhög (Partille), 1 minute from the bus stop, 9 minutes with the bus from Allum shopping centrum, and 28 minutes with bus from Nordstan/central station, and approximately 40 minutes in total to most of the universities campuses. The rooms are fully furnished (plus bed sheets and pillows/blankets) and electricity, water and internet are included in the price. There is a deposit of 1500kr for each room that will be returned when leaving. White carpet room: (4.7 meter 3.7 meter) 1 single bed, a night table, a Desk and chair, 2 big closest and a smaller closet. The view is over a huge balcony and have a TV room (as shown in the pictures). This room is situated on the 1st floor. Rent4300kr/month (Available from 19th September) Large window Room: (3.3 meter 2.9 meter) ( minus 1 meter 0.7 meter) 1 bed, a closet, a desk and a chair, a smaller closet and mirror. The room is located in the ground floor and the view is over the garden Rent4000kr/month (Available from 11th September) Own enterance room: ( 2.8 meter 3.6 meter) A single bed, a night table, a desk and chair, a closet. This room has its own door to the balcony and then to the garden. Please notice that the pictures show 2 beds but now the room has only 1 bed Rent 4300kr (Available from 20th September) Red carpet room: (4.8 meters 3.7 meters) 2 seperate beds, a night table, a desk and a chair, 2 big closets. This room has the door to the huge balcony (twice the size of the room), this room is also situated on the 1st floor. Rent 4400kr (Available from 30th September) The Vila and its kitchen, 2 bathrooms, TV rooms, Living room,dining room, balcony, garden and laundry room will be shared with another 4 students/individuals who will be friendly and easy going (the other applicants). Our rules: We have a small dog so a person not scared of dogs, no alcohol or pork in the house, quiet and a tidy person. We will do our best to make your stay enjoyable, email me for more info/pictures, in the email, tell me a little about yourself and when you are ready to move in and for how long PLUS which room you are interested in.
