ABOUT THE GUESTHOUSE: Small cozy guest house to rent for 1 person longterm stay. The guest house is situated in the garden as a part of a modern villa in a very nice family orientated neigbourhood. Very good and frequent communications with public transportation. Furniture are very stylish and cosy. Comfortable bed 120 cm. Antique desk and wardrobe. The guesthouse has a small kitchen with refridgerator, and an environmental friendly toilet called Separett toilet. In your guest house you have high speed wifi. Rent includes electricity, water (hot and cold inside the mainhouse) bedsheets, towels, garbage fetching and acces to laundry facilities in the mainhouse. Rent also includes highspeed wifi/internet. In the mainhouse you have access to take a shower, fill up your watercontainers and use the laundry machine and dry tumbler. You can also register on the adress at folkbokföringen. ABOUT THE AREA: The small guest house ( approx 25 sqm) is situated in a calm area very close to the nature, a national park, swimming lakes and a big forest. Its a good area for sport activities. Only 5 minutes by walk to the bus stop and the local mall with restaurants, cultural activity house, café, library, food shop, health center with doctors, and pharmacy. 10 minutes downtown by car. 15 minutes to city by bus.
