Hi, please read carefully Im renting out a nice and renovated 3 room (72 m, 2 bed rooms and one living room with kitchen) apartment from 1st of August (not 1st of September). The apartment is located in Finntorp in Nacka in a friendly and quite neighborhood. The apartment has no balcony and is on the ground floor. The bus station is only a 5 min walk away where many different busses take you to Slussen in only 15 min. The apartment is not furnished. The monthly rent is 11 000 sek / month. This includes (tv, electricity, internet, insurance). The rent is to be payed up front with 2 extra rents as deposit. The notice time is 3 months on both sides. I plan to rent out for a period of 1 year which can be prolonged. I prefer to rent out to non-smokers and non-petovners.
