A 50 m walk to direct access to Erstavikens nature reserve, a 5 minute walk to Lundsjön lake where you can take an evening swim in the sunset, and 15min walk to the beautiful sandy beach at Erstaviken. It takes 25min by car to central Stockholm or there is a 5 min walk to the train station that will take you to Slussen in 27 mins. The house is very light with an open plan lower floor to allow for sea views from the kitchen and living room. Major parts of the house including the kitchen and bathroom were renovated in 2017. In the garden, there is also a 15 sqm look-out house with breathtaking views of the water, where you can practice yoga or host drinks. The house can be rented with 5 bedrooms furnished (cost to be discussed) or 4 bedrooms unfurnished. The house also have spacious conservatory with pool table, outdoor BBQ and sauna. Boat and car rental can be discussed.
